Question:

I cannot access the Publishing part of the Studio anymore.

Answer:

Please make sure to update the VRdirect Studio to its newest version.In older versions, when uploading a lot of VR projects or when uploading a lot of new versions (making the project entry more “heavy”) the system – based on your internet connection – is loading the “Publishing” section for a very long time.

After roughly 5 minutes of loading the “Publishing” section, the system “times out” – causing an error message: “Projects could not be loaded”. One workaround, if this issue appears, could be splitting projects over different accounts.
