Question:

I updated from 2.2 to the 2.3/2.4 Studio version but cannot log in anymore.

Answer:

The update from version 2.2 to 2.3/2.4  was a major update on VRdirect side. We have updated our entire backend system and framework. Therefore, your account might have not been moved to the new systems yet. 
Please try resetting your password via the Studio login. If that does not work, please create a new account via our create account page. You will automatically be assigned with a fresh free-trial license and will be able to use the Studio for free for the next 30 days. 

If you used to have a paid or other license for your "old" account, please contact us via support@vrdirect.com.
