Question:

I have uploaded my project successfully but it’s not working. What can I do?

Answer:

After a project has been successfully uploaded, the uploaded content must first be processed. Before that, publication is not possible. After processing is complete, please actively publish the project – only then will it be available via the distribution links.

The processing time is needed by the studio to prepare the uploaded content for all devices – i.e. during this time the content is converted into different sizes (720p, HD, 2K, 4K, …) as there are some devices that cannot yet play out 4K. This way we make sure that the project works on every device.
This process can take a few minutes. Please check every now and then if the processing is finished or still in progress (reload page).
Please DO NOT re-upload the project – this will start the processing again from the beginning.
If the processing takes longer than 2 hours, please let us know via support@vrdirect.com. You will need the title of the project and the account that was used to upload the project.
