Wow!! We just hit 2.500 Studio Downloads & 1.000 Sign-ups! We feel very happy that all of you contribute to VRdirect`s story. As well as we wanted to say thank you for your support and feedback and for joining our journey.
Our mission at VRdirect is to provide the easiest solution to create and publish Virtual Reality projects and we are constantly improving our platform to offer you the best the service.
The last 1,5 half years we´re a blast. VRdirect was introduced in February 2018 under the brand Viond. Our first projects included Porsche and WDR. Since then we gained more and more clients and partners and our platform is continuously improving. Our team has grown since then and we moved to a fresh new office. In March 2019, VRdirect was rebranded in order to sharpen its market position and to be consistent with the newly introduced VRdirect browser App.
The current state is the redesigned app which allows end-users to easily access VR content and to build their own personalized VR library. It allows to consume interactive VR content on all popular VR devices such as Samsung Gear VR, Oculus Go or Google Cardboard as well as on most smartphones and web browsers. VR projects can be easily created using the VRdirect  Studio and distributed instantly via any VR enabled device, smartphone or web-browser.
The app  enables  everyone to  make  their  VR  projects  available  to end-users, employees or partners without having to develop their own app. VR projects can be easily accessed via keyword, code or link.
And the startup journey goes on… We´ll have some upcoming improvements of apps and Studio. In the Studio there will be an extended help section and a improved user interface. Additionally we seek for better validation feedback and bug fixes.
