My list of projects is empty. The projects have been deleted.

This might be due to the fact that your license has run out. Please double check if this is the case on your account. Once you have a new active license you can simply re-upload (.vrprj file) and re-publish your VR projects. If your license is active and the list of projects is still empty, please check the following:

•Which version of the VRdirect Studio are you using?
•Are the links (web link and project code) to your VR projects still working?

If your links are still working, the empty list of projects might be related to the migration update from Studio version 2.2 to 2.4 or higher. In that case, please get in contact with us via support@vrdirect.com.
