When opening the VRdirect Studio, the login window appears empty.
The login window that opens when you start the VRdirect Studio requires a functioning internet connection. Please ensure that this is established when logging in. After logging in, the creation part of the studio can be used offline.
If you use a company internet connection, it could also be that the internal WLAN blocks the connection to the VRdirect Studio. This is sometimes the case in larger companies due to special firewalls. In this case, please contact the internal IT department.
