My project says “Error – Project could not be found”.

Please log into the VRdirect Studio and make sure that the VR project is currently published. If this is the case, a blue info box on the screen should indicate "Project is published". If this is not the case (and you see a yellow info box), the project is probably only uploaded at the moment but not yet actively published – please press the publish button. If publishing is not possible, please double check whether your account has an active licence. 

If only the project code is working (in the app), but not the web link, please contact support@vrdirect.com.
