What is the 30-day free trial period?
After you signed up for a new account and you can automatically make use of the 30-day free trial period when choosing your license. You can cancel anytime during these 30 days to ensure that you won’t be upgraded to a paid license.
How can I register for a VRdirect Account?
Go to www.vrdirect.com and click on the „Sign-up free“ button in the menu bar on top of the VRdirect website.
A registration form is opened which new users must fill out with their details.
How can I activate my license?
Please log in to the User Portal of the VRdirect website with your account and navigate to the "Licences" tab. There you can then select or activate the licence.

My list of projects is empty. The projects have been deleted.
This might be due to the fact that your license has run out. Please double check if this is the case on your account. Once you have a new active license you can simply re-upload (.vrprj file) and re-publish your VR projects. If your license is active and the list of projects is still empty, please check the following:
•Which version of the VRdirect Studio are you using?
•Are the links (web link and project code) to your VR projects still working?
If your links are still working, the empty list of projects might be related to the migration update from Studio version 2.2 to 2.3. In that case, please get in contact with us via support@vrdirect.com.
